What Makes Us Different

We recognize there is an unmet need in Lake County in the area of STEAM education. We aim to fill this need with creative classes that give your son or daughter the opportunity to explore STEAM education through short and engaging summer programs.

Our summer classes are taught at our privately owned facility in Leesburg. We keep class sizes small to facilitate safety, security, and especially to ensure students have the opportunity to get the most out of their time with us. This allows us to have that personal connection with students and parents. We run 2 separate classes at a time within the same building which means your child will not get lost in the shuffle or feel overwhelmed.

Unlike other summer programs we encourage parents to enter our classroom during drop off or pick up to see what their child has been doing throughout the day. 

 

STEAMworks employs certified teachers who actively teach students of all ages during the school year. Our small staff has over 50 years experience in education. Our goal is provide a unique learning experience with a place where kids can try out new things or explore concepts that interest them in a fun, technology and art-driven way.
